How appointments work at Mona Nela Skincare.
Appointments
All services are by appointment. When you book online, your request is held for you and becomes a confirmed appointment once Mona accepts it — she'll contact you to confirm. Requests that can't be confirmed are released after 24 hours.
Changes and cancellations
Need to move or cancel? Please call (619) 992-6981 as early as you can, so the time can be offered to another client. Our full cancellation, rescheduling and late-arrival policy will be published here soon.
Your skin and your health
Please tell Mona about any medications, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or recent cosmetic procedures before your treatment, so it can be adjusted or postponed if needed. Our services are skincare and relaxation treatments, not medical treatments, and results vary from person to person.
Your information
The name, phone number and email you give when booking are used only to arrange and remind you of your appointment.
